Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace (Course)

The ability to recognize, manage and utilize personal emotions and the ability to understand emotions in other people has proven to be one of the greatest indicators of personal and professional success. People with this "emotional intelligence" can control their reactions to emotions and can navigate personal and social interactions with great skill.

This new course will teach the basics of emotional intelligence and provide specific ways to apply emotional intelligence in professional and personal situations that are faced every day.
