In 2018, New York City and State passed sexual harassment laws that require employee training.  The state law mandates training for every employee in the state and the New York City law requires the training for employers with 15 or more workers.

This course was designed to cover both the city and state law while also giving managers and supervisors the information they need to prevent harassment in the workplace.
