This course will teach employees how to prevent workplace violence in California. Students will learn about AB553 law and the various prevention techniques that can be used to prevent violence. The course covers how to handle confrontation techniques, how to survive active shooter incidents, domestic violence, threat assessment, warning signs, California's workplace violence techniques, violent incident logs, and temporary restraining orders.
